10 feet long python rescued in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, July 19: A 10-feet-long python was rescued in front of an IT company at Infocity area in Bhubaneswar on Monday morning.
Panic triggered among the locals after the snake was found in the locality.
Sources said the snake was unable to move freely.
Being informed, snake helpline member Purna Chandra Das reached the spot and rescued the reptile. Then it was shifted to the office of the divisional forest officer at Baramunda.
Later, the reptile was released at Kuasaura swamp of Bharatpur Jungle Safari in Bhubaneswar.
