Women's Asia Cup: Indo-Bangla, Lanka-Pak SFs tomorrow

Dambulla (Sri Lanka), July 25: The line-ups for both the semifinals of Women's Asia Cup 2024 hosted in Sri Lanka, has been finalised with completion of group matches.
On Friday, in the first semi-final, Group A topper India will face Bangladesh, the second placed team of Group B, here.
In the second semifinal at the same venue later in the same evening, Group B topper Sri Lanka will take on Pakistan, who finished second in Group A.
In the last two matches of Group B on Wednesday, Bangladesh defeated Malaysia, while later in the same evening, powered by skipper Chamari Athapaththu's unbeaten 49 runs, hosts Sri Lanka defeated Thailand by 10 wickets.
Earlier, India and Pakistan had entered the semis as the top two teams from Group A.
As per the tournament schedule, after both the semifinals on July 26 (Friday), the summit clash will be played on July 28 (Sunday). All matches of Women's Asia Cup 2024 are being played at the same venue in Dambulla.
