Bhubaneswar, Oct 30:  The Economic Offence Wing (EOW) arrested two persons for impersonating as an IAS officer and engineer of the Works Department and cheating proprietor of M/s Rashtriya Stainless Steel to the tune of Rs 1.17 crore.

The accused had promised to issue Odisha government’s work orders in favour of the firm.
