Cuttack, Nov 12: The largest trade fair of the state has already been kicked off at Bali Yatra Ground on the banks of Mahanadi River in Cuttack from November 8. Lakhs of visitors are thronging the millennium city to witness the Bali Yatra 2022. Bali Yatra is incomplete without the 'Thunka Puri', which is served with Paneer curry and cauliflower curry. Here, liquid nitrogen is stored in a container and they use along with wafers inside the paper glass and serve it to the visitors.
