TPCODL inaugurates 13th Customer Care Centre at Paradip

Bhubaneswar, Mar 31: TP Central Odisha Distribution Ltd (TPCODL), a joint venture between Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, has been working aggressively on enhancing experience of electricity consumers. Taking a step further, TPCODL today inaugurated a new Customer Care Centre (CCC) at Paradeep for benefit of local consumers in and around the location. This is the 13th CCC established by the Company in its licensed area of operation Pritiparna Mishra, Tahsildar, Kujang inaugurated the Customer Care Centre in presence of senior officials of TPCODL. Aiming at higher customer satisfaction in the locality, the new Customer Care Centre will look forward to instant response to customer needs related to billing issues, payment related queries and other complaints. A highly trained team of officials is deployed to manage the services at the CCC. Customers can also register requests for new connection, name and address change etc. there. The Customer Care Centre is fully equipped with advance services like Queue Management System to manage the customer footfall efficiently, Self Help Kiosk to provide new connection related information/duplicate bill/customer connection details etc, Feedback Tab to capture customer’s feedback on the services rendered at the centre and Television set to inform customers about Online Payment Options, Safety and other schemes.
