Third term swearing-in: New ministers & allies cheer for PM Modi's government

New Delhi, June 10: Amidst a wave of jubilation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was sworn in for his third term on Sunday, eliciting cheers from new ministers, BJP stalwarts, and allies within the NDA. The occasion marked a moment of celebration and optimism as they extended their best wishes to Modi for steering India towards greater development and prosperity.
Mohan Yadav, the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, hailed the event as the scripting of a new chapter in India's history. With the BJP's resounding victory in all 29 seats in his state, Yadav expressed immense pride, declaring, "Our chests swell with pride, measuring 56 inches on this momentous occasion."
Echoing similar sentiments, Kailash Vijayvargiya, a senior BJP leader and minister from Madhya Pradesh, expressed confidence that India would once again reclaim its position as a global leader under Modi's leadership.
Keshav Prasad Maurya, the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, termed the occasion as historic and extended his congratulations to Prime Minister Modi. He acknowledged the collective desire of the nation for this moment and lauded the efforts of the new ministers, party workers, NDA allies, and the citizens of India.
Vishnu Deo Sai, the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, conveyed his state's best wishes to the new government led by PM Modi.
Responding to queries about his sentiments following Modi's third swearing-in, Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Swami Rambhadracharya expressed unwavering support, affirming Modi's perpetual friendship.
Chirag Paswan, leader of the Lok Janshakti Party and now a Union Cabinet Minister, pledged to uphold Modi's vision and ensure the government's success. Reflecting on his father, the late Ram Vilas Paswan, he admitted to reminiscing about him on this significant occasion.
Jayant Chaudhary, chief of the Rashtriya Lok Dal and newly appointed Union Minister of State (Independent Charge), emphasized his commitment to upholding constitutional values and fulfilling his responsibilities diligently.
Chandrababu Naidu, leader of the TDP and soon-to-be Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh again, expressed pride in Modi's leadership and optimism for India's future progress.
Pawan Kalyan, chief of the Jana Sena Party, celebrated Modi's third term, recalling the party's aspiration for his long tenure as Prime Minister. On being addressed as "Aandhi" instead of his own name during an NDA meeting, Kalyan smiled, choosing not to comment on the matter.
Giriraj Singh, a returning Union Minister, pledged unwavering support to Modi's mission of a developed India.
O.P. Dhankhar, former chief of BJP's Haryana unit, commended the impressive start of the third Narendra Modi government and expressed satisfaction over the state's representation with three senior leaders holding significant positions.
