Amla Nabami 2021: celebrated amidst Covid restrictions

Bhubaneswar, Nov 12: Amla Nabami was celebrated today across Odisha on the ninth day of auspicious Kartik month. This day, worship of Radha is performed. However, this year Section 144 of CrPC has been clamped in Sakhigopal where thousands of devotees, especially women, throng to witness the Radha Pada (feet of Goddess Radha). The famous temple wore a desolate look for the prohibitory orders. Devotees also worship Amla tree this day.
