Bhubaneswar: All schools and colleges have remained closed due to incessant rains in Cuttack district today.

Students have faced difficulties in moving to their respective schools and colleges due to rains across the district. Hence,  the administration has declared educational institutions closed for Thursday,  said District Emergency Officer.
