Balasore, Jan 8: Religious institutions in Balasore district will remain closed till February 1. District administration has promulgated an order in this connection on Sunday. According to the order, temples, mutts and other religious institutions will remain closed from January 9 to February 1, in view of surging cases of Corona and Omicron. Common darshan and access of visitors are prohibited during it. However, the common rituals and nitis will be normally performed with an optimum number of servitors and staff.
