Puri, June 27: Ahead Rath Yatra, mask wearing is mandatory in Puri during the fest, said Bijay Kumar Mohapatra, Director of Health Services, Odisha, on Monday. The security arrangements in and around the Srimandir, Gundicha temple, Badadanda and inner and outer Rath cordons has been set up. Moreover, the health camps will be set up in Puri station, bus stand and Bada Danda. Pilgrim and vehicular traffic along the city roads connected to Badadanda and main roads to Puri will be regulated through an integrated police control room. Mohapatra asked people to be more cautious during the Rath Yatra and urged them not to visit Puri if they are symptomatic and to watch the event on television.
