Bhubaneswar, Jan 3: The much awaited train service to Nayagarh district's Daspalla will begin on January 6. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw will inaugurate the Daspalla Railway Station and train service to Daspalla.
The Railway Minister will arrive in Odisha on January 5. Vaishnaw will take a train ride from Bhubaneswar to Daspalla on January 6 in the morning. He will announce extention of thre trains to Daspalla with inaugurate of the new railway station.
The Nayagarh Express running from Bhubaneswar to Nayagarh will be extended to Daspalla. Similarly, the Bhubaneswar-Nuagaon Road passenger train and Puri-Nuagaon Road passenger will be extended to Daspalla.
The Railway Minister will travel to Kantilo in the district by road after attending the programme where he will attend a programme of postal department. Besides, he is scheduled to attend a party programme in Khandapada at 2 pm. Later, he will travel to Athagarh in Cuttack district and spend the night there.
The Railway Minister will attend several party programmes in Badamba, Champeswar and Narasinghpur.
