Portion of Nua Rausapatana in Cuttack declared as containment zone

Cuttack, Dec 27: The Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) today declared a portion of Gopabandhu Vihar in Nua Rausapatana of Cuttack as a containment zone after six members of a family in the area tested positive for Covid-19. As per the order of the CMC no public will be allowed to move into the containment zones and the inhabitants within the containment zones will not move out. BMC will supply essentials and ensure medical requirements for the inhabitants in the containment zone. The civic body has also assigned several of its officials to ensure smooth supply of essential commodities in the containment zone.
