<strong>Panchayat poll in Kotia: All-party leaders campaign for consensus candidate</strong>

Koraput, Jan 29: All-Party leaders have started campaigning in favour of the consensus candidates for the panchayat poll in Kotia on Saturday. Senior leaders of the Koraput district from Congress, BJP, and BJP have landed on the village streets in Kotia group of villages begging votes for Mamata Jani, who was unanimously fielded by the all-party ally. Leaders including Patangi MLA, Pitam Padhi, Koraput MLA, Raghuram Padal, and senior leader of the BJP, Jayaram Pangi approached the voters to vote for Jani, who is contesting for the post of Zilla Parishad Member for the Zone-I. However, Koraput District BJP President has not been sighted in the all-party rally in view of the panchayat poll in the Kotia group of villages, said sources.
