Odisha witnesses another dip in Covid-19 cases

Bhubaneswar, Aug 2: The number of new Covid-19 cases dropped in the state for the third consecutive day on Tuesday, when the state reported 741 fresh cases. Out of the total fresh cases detected from all 30 districts, 138 are children belonging to 0-18 years age group. Sundergarh reported highest 176 fresh infections, followed by Khordha (140) and Mayurbhanj (59). With this, the state’s total caseload today further surged to 1314683 including 6616 active cases.
