Odisha to get four new planetariums soon

Bhubaneswar: Science and Technology Minister Ashok Chandra Panda today informed the State Assembly that four new planetariums will be set up in the State soon at a cost of Rs 30 crore.
“Four new planetariums will be set up in Gopalpur, Rayagada, Kenojhar and Baripada with an estimated cost of Rs 30 crore,” said Minister Panda while replying to a question in the Assembly.
The Minister said while Rs 9 crore will be spent for setting up planetarium at Gopalpur, Rs 7 crore each will be spent for the same in Rayagada, Keonjhar and Baripada.
The Minister further informed that science parks will be set up in all the districts.
