Bhubaneswar, March 4: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today announced a hike in the monthly remuneration of Urdu teachers in Odisha.
The government has hiked the monthly remuneration of Urdu teachers posted at Upper Primary, Middle English and High Schools in the state from Rs 7,400 to Rs 15,000, said the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) in a statement.
At least 44 Urdu teachers posted at Upper Primary and Middle English schools and 40 Urdu teachers of High schools will be benefited following the remuneration hike.
