Sambalpur, May 29: Odia toddler Samrata Dalpat (Twinkle) twinkles in the USA. She has achieved the Presidential Gold Certificate for her uncommon wit. Twinkle (10), the daughter of Samrit Sekhar Dalpat and Sujata Sahu of Kunjelapada under Sambalpur district in Odisha has bagged the prestigious recognition for her curricular excellence in STD-IV. She has been one among the laurels of the global institute Albion Elementary School at North Royalton City in Ohio under USA. Apart from study, Twinkle has achieved the Orange Belt in Tiacondo martial art. Notably, Twinkle is living with his parents in the city of Ohio as his father works there as an Engineer. After completing preprimary studies at Bangalore, she is studying in Albion Elementary School.
