Bhubaneswar, Dec 3: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tributes to the first president of India and Bharat Ratna Dr. Rajendra Prasad on his birth anniversary on Friday. Taking to the Twitter handled, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik tweeted, “Humble tributes to great freedom fighter and first President of India, Bharat Ratna Dr. #RajendraPrasad on his birth anniversary.
