Bhubaneswar, July 24: Odisha Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday congratulated Chanu Saikhom Mirabai for winning silver in Weightlifting Women’s 49kg category in Tokyo Olympics 2021.
