Bhubaneswar, July 2: Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari presented a full-fledged budget for 2022-23 in the state assembly with an outlay of Rs 2 lakh crore. The program expenditure is Rs 1 lakh crore, which is 50% of the Budget size. A Budget Stabilization Fund (BSF) would be set up. Odisha is the first State in the country to take such an initiative.
