NIA summons 40 teachers in Kashmir over killing of civilians

Srinagar, Oct 10: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has summoned 40 teachers in connection with civilian target killings here. They were asked to appear before the NIA by 4 pm today. Three civilians were killed by terrorists on Tuesday following which two school teachers were shot dead in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday. Top officials of the IB are camping in Srinagar under the direction of the Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who has taken a serious note of the civilian killings by the terrorists. The J&K Police have already detained over 400 people in connection with the FIRs lodged in different police stations pertaining to the civilian killings in the Valley.
