Nabarangpur boy stranded in Haryana: Eatery owner informs police for rescue

Nabarangpur, Jan 22: A minor boy of Odisha’s Nabarangpur district has been stranded in Haryana after dropped by a trucker. Owner of a roadside eatery who has sheltered the Odia boy has informed Odisha police in this connection and appealed to rescue the boy. The minor has been identified as Pradip, a native of Khaparadihi village under the Chandahandi police limit in Nabarangpur district. Sources said, a trucker had picked up Pradip in his truck and dropped him at the ‘Harshu Dhaba’, situated at Gadabalani square on NH-8 in Rewari district. Finding the lonely boy at late night, the owner of the Dhaba(roadside eatery), Surjit Gujjar sheltered him and informed the Odisha police regarding the matter. Acting on it, Nabarangpur police has assigned a team to rescue the boy from the spot.
