Daringbadi, Dec 21: Cold wave conditions gripped Odisha on Tuesday with the mercury dropping below 4 degrees Celsius in Daringbadi, the Kashmir of Odisha recording the lowest temperature. The dry spell will prevail across the state and the minimum temperature is unlikely to see a major change over the next 24 hours.
