Daringbadi, Dec 21: Cold wave conditions gripped Odisha on Tuesday with the mercury dropping below 4 degrees Celsius in Daringbadi, the Kashmir of Odisha recording the lowest temperature. The dry spell will prevail across the state and the minimum temperature is unlikely to see a major change over the next 24 hours. Thereafter, it will gradually fall by 3-4 degrees Celsius across the state, the weather office said. {"id":155016,"sizeSlug":"full","linkDestination":"none"} The cold wave conditions swept elsewhere in the Kandhamal district disrupting normal life in G Udayagiri, Balliguda, Kotagarh, and Tumudibandha blocks.
