Locals hand over drug addicts to police in Bhadrak

Bhadrak, June 21: Locals of Kadambeda village under Bhadrak Town Police limit have handed over three drug addicts to police capturing them red handed on Monday. Consequently, police seized 10 grams of brown sugar from their possession. Sources said, a group of drug addicts were using brown sugar near the Kadambeda petrol pump today. Being noticed about it, locals opposed the illegal activity. As a result, the addicts became violent and chased with weapons to attack the opponents. However, the crowd managed to capture them and informed it to local police. Bhadrak Town Police rushed to the spot and took the alleged into custody. Subsequently, police recovered 10 grams of brown sugar from the possession of the addicts.
