Bhubaneswar, April 11: Another accused in the murder case of Jharaphula Nayak, a student of RD Women’s University, has been arrested, Jajpur police said today. The accused, Amaresh Rout, an accomplice of the prime accused Rakesh Swain, was arrested from Sundarpada area in the city on charges of helping Rakesh in disposing her body, said police. Another accomplice of Rakesh, Sekhar is still on run. The Kuakhia police in Jajpur district had recovered the body of Jharaphula near Mulapal on January 27 thsi year. Some local residents had spotted the body lying along the Mulapal-Dialakhandi road and informed the Kuakhia police. Jharaphula hailed from Marundeipasi village under Jashipur police limits in Mayurbhanj district and was a +3 second year student of the varsity.
