Hyderabad, May 8: Winning the toss Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) elected to bat first against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 57th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, here on Wednesday.
With 12 points from 11 games, LSG are currently sixth on the points table. SRH, meanwhile, are fourth with the same number of points from the equal number of matches.
The two teams have met three times in the IPL so far and SRH are yet to beat LSG in the tournament.

Sunrisers Hyderabad XI: Pat Cummins (Captain), Nitish Reddy, Travis Head, Heinrich Klaasen (wicket-keeper), Abdul Samad, Shahbaz Ahmed, Sanvir Singh, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Viyaskanth Vijayakanth and T Natarajan.
SRH Substitutes: Umran Malik, Mayank Agarwal, Glenn Phillips, Washington Sundar and Abhishek Sharma.
