Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani announces Rs 3 crore cash award to Bhavina Patel

Gujarat, Aug 29: Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has announced a cash award worth Rs 3 crore to Bhabina Patel for achieving a silver medal at Tokyo Paralympics 2020. As an incentive towards grooming para-athletes, Rupani honored Patel today. Applauding Patel’s victory, Rupani said, India’s Bhavinaben Patel has created history by winning the silver medal in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. Bhavinaben Patel is the first player in India to win a medal in table tennis. Vijay Rupani congratulated Bhavina on winning the medal in the Paralympics. He tweeted and wrote, “Congratulations to Bhavinaben for winning the silver medal at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.
