Elephants wreak havoc at Daruthenga village in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, Oct 13:Two elephants have wreaked havoc at Daruthenga (Talasahi) in the outskirt of Bhuabaneswar city on Wednesday. Panic spread among the residents after two elephants from the Chandaka wildlife sanctuary barged into the village and marched along the village street at late night, today. Being informed, forest officials rushed to the spot and initiated an operation to chase the pachyderms to forest. However, the chasing operation is  going on so far. At the same time, lives of people and cattle are at stake.
