New Delhi, Jan 8: Amid the record rise in Covid-19 cases in the national capital, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has scheduled a meeting on Monday to discuss the preparation for the rapidly rising transmission in the state. As per media reports, the meeting will be held over the decision of implementing Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) ( Level 4 Red) after reviewing the Covid situation in the national capital. The top-level restrictions that are implemented in GRAP are declared when Covid positivity crosses 5% and stays so for two consecutive days. On December 30, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had announced the implementation of Level-I (Yellow alert) of the Graded Response Action Plan in the national capital. The restrictions included Weekend shutdown, Night curfew, and opening of shops on an odd-even basis.
