Covid-19 infection crosses 25k mark in Bhubaneswar with detection of 321 fresh cases

Bhubaneswar, Oct 10: As many as 321 fresh cases of Covid-19 have been reported from Bhubaneswar in last 24 hours, officials said today. While 83 persons from quarantine have been tested positive for the deadly virus, 238 locals contact cases have also been reported in last 24 hours. “Further contact tracing is still continuing. Primary contacts of infected persons are being while nearby houses of positive cases are also being sanitised,” said an official. As many as 25174 Covid-19 positive cases have been reported so far from the state capital. While 114 persons in Bhubaneswar have died of Covid-19, the number of active cases stands at 3494.
