Covid-19 daily count dips below 1000 for third time in Odisha

Bhubaneswar, Nov 14: The number of persons testing positive for Covid-19 in Odisha a day fell below 1,000-mark for the third time on Saturday, with only 902 fresh cases being reported during the last 24 hours, the health department said. As many as 15 patients succumbed to the virus in the state while undergoing treatment. When 523 were quarantine cases, 379 were local contacts. Odisha has now 11,098 active cases. The state’s caseload reached 3,07,906 with detection of the new cases. As many as 2,95,245 patients have recovered from the disease so far.
