Puri, Mar 27: Unidentified miscreants have hurled bombs at a green coconut vendor’s house in Puri on Sunday. The incident took place at Satasankha village under the Pipili block in the evening. The targeted house belongs to one Gangadhar Biswal, who had once upon a time become a media glare for serving coconut water to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. According to the complaints lodged by Gangadhar with the police, a group of miscreants hurled bombs targeting his house over past enmity. As a result, his residence was partially damaged. Following this, his family members were panicked at the violent sound of the bombs that rocked his shop counter and the entrance of the residence. Registering a case in this connection, the police initiated an investigation in order to nab the accused.
