Bhubaneswar, Oct 14: BDA Colony Puja Committee in Chandrasekharpur is all set to welcome Goddess Durga with Vrindavan’s Prem Mandir like pandal and visitors will see a Royal Palace gate at Bhouma Nagar.
The Prem Mandir-themed pandal in BDA Colony will be 50 feet high and in 60 feet width. It’s the 32nd year celebration of the committee. Three light gates will be erected besides the pandal and Rs 8 lakh will be spent for it.

A bhajan programme has been arranged on Saptami followed by cultural programme by children on Asthami and melody on Navami celebration. Special Dahi-Pakhal has been arranged for 4,000 devotees on Dashami.
Over 50 volunteers will be engaged for the crowd management and CCTV cameras will be installed to keep a vigil on the pandal and mischief mongers, said committee president Amarendra Mallick.

On the other hand, ten artists from Medinipur in West Bengal are busy in making a 75 feet high and 65 feet long pandal of a Royal Palace at Bhouma Nagar.
Melody and other cultural events will be held from Saptami to Dashami. Besides, Prasad will be arranged for 1000 devotees during the four days.
