Archana Nag purchased a missing SUV in 2020 paying Rs 33 lakh cash: ED sources

Bhubaneswar, Nov 19: Lady blackmailer Archana Nag had purchased an expensive Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) by paying Rs 33 lakh in cash, the car showroom owner revealed before the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Archana Nag had purchased the car in 2020 in presence of her aide Khageswar Patra, said the showroom owner, according to ED sources. Notably, the ED has launched a search operation to trace the missing SUV of lady blackmailer Archana Nag. The ED has sought the help of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to find the location of the car by tracking the Fastag. A political leader has gifted her ‘Ford Endeavour’. Earlier, the ED had raided Archana’s house at Satyanagar here in Bhubaneswar in connection with the honey-trapping case. The ED conducted raids at six locations linked to Archana including her parental house in Kesinga, and in-laws' house in Balasore. The ED is probing the involvement of political leaders in the sextortion case. Sources said bank statements and monetary transactions in this connection will be verified.
