Andhra Pradesh declares poll result in Kotia amid burning dispute!

Koraput, Sep 19: Despite the fight for sovereign rights along the border, Andhra Pradesh administration has declared the gram panchayat election result on Sunday which was balloted on April 8, 2021 in Kotia group of villages of Odisha, The Andhra Election officials have formally declared the names of the winning candidates of Ganjeipadar, Phaguna Sineri and Phhatu Sineri gram panchayats which were later renamed. According to the Andhra’s announcement, Yuvajana Sramika Rythu (YSR) Congress Party's candidate Maji Appalamma secured victory in the Ganjeipadar panchayat elections defeating the nearest contestant of the left party by 41 votes. Similarly, the YSR Congress Party candidates have also bagged thumping victories in the elections conducted in Phaguna Sineri and Phhatu Sineri gram panchayats. Worth mentioning,The Andhra officials had unlocked an Anganwadi centre at Manikapatana in Gajapati district and executed a host of development programs in Kotia group of villages in the recent past.
