Andhra Pradesh puts up hoardings in Kotia: Renames Fatusineri village in Telugu

Koraput, Sep 27: Andhra Pradesh administration has erected hoardings in Kotia amid the exigencies of the cyclonic storm Gulab on Sunday. In order to put its indomitable signature in the Kotia group of villages, Andhra Pradesh officials have renamed the Fatusineri village as Pattuchinery in Telugu language. Sources said, Andhra Pradesh government took chance of the cyclonic storm Gulab which tossed the Odisha coast on Sunday. {"id":138942,"sizeSlug":"full","linkDestination":"none"} While the whole state was almost worried over the effect of Gulab and the state machinery was busy to handle the post-cyclonic scenario, Andhra officials put the Village nameplate overnight, said locals. They have put the signage at the end of Fatusineri village to establish it to be one of the villages of Andhra Pradesh. Reacting over it,civic bodies including the Ama Kotia outfit have condemned the illegal venture of Andhra Pradesh. On the other hand, the organizations have demanded permanent solution to the Andhra-Odisha border dispute.
