Balianta, Oct 14: Balianta excise sleuth conducted a raid at Gadakantania under the police limits in Khordha district and seized as many as 54 bottles of foreign liquor. The excise department also arrested a person and seized a scooter, used in transporting the foreign liquor.   

The accused has been identified as Raj Kishore Mekap of Kaijanga village.

Acting on a tip-off the excise sleuth conducted the raid at the village and seized the foreign liquor. A case has been registered in this regard.
