Jagatsinghpur, May 22: At least 4 minor boys have been critical while lighting firecrackers in Jagatsinghpur on Sunday.

The mishap has taken place at Kanakpur village  under the Jagasinghpur Sadar police limits in the evening.

Sources said, a group of boys were lighting some left out firecrackers which were used on Chandan Jatra. Meanwhile,explosion took place and four of them sustained critical burn injuries. They were immediately rushed to the Jagatsinghpur district hospital for resuscitation.
