33 bonded labourers being trafficked to Hyderabad rescued in Balangir

Balangir, Dec 15: In yet another major rescue operation, the Balangir Police rescued 33 bonded labours while being trafficked to Hyderabad. Two agents who engaged them for work fled the spot. Sources said, local police officials, intercepted the vehicle that was carrying the bonded labours from near Chatuanka in Balangir during police patrolling. Besides, the auto-rickshaws and a Bolero vehicle were also seized. These children were engaged in child labour, micro industries and begging while many others were trafficked.
