Bhubaneswar, April 6: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, today reviewed the management of COVID-19 situation in the State with Chief Secretary and senior officials through Video Conference from his residence, said there will be zero tolerance to communalising COVID cases in the state.
Reviewing the Law and Order situation, the CM directed the police to be vigilant and take stringent action against those who arc trying to communalise the Covid situation.
CM Naveen also warned of zero tolerance to mischief mongers and asked police to ensure social harmony.
During the daily press briefing, Subroto Bagchi, the Chief Spokesperson of the state govt for COVID-19, said the CM has appealed the people to maintain communal harmony in the state. Bagchi also said that Odisha is well known for its communal harmony.
