Two ILS researchers selected for Nobel Laureate meet to be held in Germany

Bhubaneswar, Mar 13: Dr Subhash Mehto, Post-Doctoral Fellow and Kautilya Kumar Jena, Ph.D. Scholar working with the Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar has been selected to participate in the 70th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting to be held From June 28 June to July 3 in Lindau, Germany.

The duo has been selected through a global screening process by the review panel of the Council to join the meeting.

Excellent young scientists from round the globe representing of all-natural science disciplines will participate and have the unique opportunity to meet around 70 Nobel Laureates for cross-generational and interdisciplinary exchange.

Dr Mehato and Jena are working in the area of Autophagy regulation and mechanism in cancer and infectious disease biology in the laboratory of ILS faculty Dr Santosh Chauhan.
