Bhubaneswar: Like the first and second phase polling, voting in the ongoing third-phase, which started this morning, has been delayed at some polling stations due to technical glitches in the EVMs.
Voters have turned to 10, 464 polling booths under six Lok Sabha constituencies to elect six MPs and 42 MLAs of their choice.
While polling started at 7:00 am, it has been reported that voters have become unhappy at some booths due to non-functioning of EVMs.
According to reports, voting has been disrupted at five polling stations under Jatani Assembly constituency, three under Rairakhol constituency, two under Athagarh, one each under Telkoi, Dhenkanal and Bhubaneswar Ekamra constituency and two boots at Kuchinda segment.
Voting would start once new EVMs are brought and put to use, said reports.
