When you are dieting please keep the following points in the back of mind:
Do not go overboard while dieting by doing extreme fasting as it is bad for your body.
Have a diet plan where you eat to loose weight.
Don’t be picky over good foods and bad foods
Don’t follow someone else diet plan as this may not work for your body anatomy
You are the best judge to know which is good food – I mean low fat, sugar free, trans fat, high carbs and so on.
Postscript: exercise, exercise exercise and change your lifestyle but not your diet we were born to eat and be happy.
