Bhubaneswar, May 17: Maximum temperature (day temperature) is likely to gradually rise by 2-4 degree Celsius at many places over the districts of Odisha during the next four to five days, the IMD said on Friday.
Light to moderate rain/thundershower is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of South Odisha, Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Bargarh and dry weather is very likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha during the next 24 hours, the Met centre said.
Thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Nuapada, Balangir, Kalahandi and Nabarangpur during this period.
Similarly, it has predicted light to moderate rain/thundershower at one or two places over the districts of South Odisha and dry weather over the rest districts of Odisha on Sunday.
Thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Nayagarh, Kandhamal, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Koraput, Ganjam and Gajapati during on Sunday with hot and humid weather condition at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khordha, Nayagarh, Ganjam and Gajapati.
