Bhubaneswar: Promotion Adalats will be held on January 28, 29 and 31 to to ensure that its employees get promotions in time.
The aggrieved employees, who were due and eligible for promotion but deprived of getting the chance, may submit their representation at firstname.lastname@example.org by January 23.
Employees who are deprived of due promotion can approach the promotion Adalats to be held in six different places for expediting their cases.
Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy will hold the Promotion Adalat at the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell. He was allotted to hear the grievances of aggrieved employees of Revenue and Disaster Management and Planning and Convergence departments on January 28. On January 29 he will hear the petitions of employees of Rural Development and Steel and Mines. January 31 he will hear the petitions of Forest and Environment department employees.
Development Commissioner Suresh Mohapatra was given nine departments – Higher Education, Science and Technology, Public Enterprises (January 28), School and Mass Education, Sports and Youth Services, Labour and ESI (January 29), Skill Development and Technical Education, Excise and Information and Public Relations Department (January 31). He will hold the Adalat at the Gopabandhu Academy here.
Agriculture Production Commissioner Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra will hold Adalat at Krushi Bhavan Auditorium. He will hear the petitions of deprived employees of Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare, Commerce and Transport and Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities departments on January 28 followed by Water Resources, Works, C&T (T) on January 29 and Fisheries and Animal Resources Husbandry and Cooperation departments on January 31, respectively.
Similarly, Additional Chief Secretary (Steel and Mines) RK Sharma will hold Adalat at the Kalinga Stadium Conference Hall. He was allotted Women and Child Development and Finance departments (January 28), Energy and Handlooms, Textiles and Handicrafts departments (January 29) and Tourism and Odia Language Literature & Culture departments (January 31), respectively.
ACS (Rural Development) Pradeep Kumar Jena will hold the Adalat at the SIRD Conference Hall. He will hear the petitions of A&FE, and Parliamentary Affairs departments on January 28 followed by Health and Family Welfare and ST and SC departments on January 29 and Home and General Administration and Public Grievances on January 31, respectively.
Similarly, ACS (Forest and Environment) Dr Mona Sharma was allotted six departments. She will hear the petitions of employees Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water and Law on January 28, Housing and Urban Development and E&IT on January 29 and Industries and MSME departments on January 31 at the IDCO Conference Hall, respectively.
