Power requirement of Ramco Cement's Haridaspur project gets boost

Jajpur, Aug 2: Power requirement of Ramco Cement's Haridaspur project in Jajpur district got a huge boost after the grid sub-station of Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Ltd (OPTCL) was successfully energised on Sunday. The grid built at an estimated cost of Rs 30 crore was today inaugurated by Director (finance) of Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL), Samir Kumar Swain. {"align":"center","id":59644,"sizeSlug":"large"} Senior General Manager of OPTCL, Sakti Prasad Das, Chief General Manager (OPTCL), Swarup Kumar Harichandan and MD of AK Das Associates Ltd, Amiya Kanta Das were also present on the occasion. Ramco Cement expressed its gratitude to OPTCL and AK Das Associates Ltd for commissioning the grid substation in eight months despite adverse situation in view of Covid-19 pandemic.
