Police complaint lodged against MP Anubhav Mohanty for not clearing bill of Rs 11.45 lakh of printing unit

Bhubaneswar, Jan 30: Proprietor of a printing unit has lodged a formal complaint against BJD MP from Kendrapara Anubhav Mohanty alleging the actor turned politician of not paying Rs 11.45 lakh on account of printing of posters during 2019 general election. The proprietor of the printing unit identified as Smurti Ranjan Swain today lodged a complaint with the Kendrapara Sadar police station. {"align":"center","id":25407,"sizeSlug":"large"} In the complaint, Swain alleged that he has so far received around Rs 21.1 lakh out of Rs 32.56 lakh. “The MP had initially paid Rs 20.55 lakh in acvsh and later made payment of another Rs 55961 from his account in two installments. I have been approaching him to clear my arrear but the MP is least concerned to clear my pending bill,” said Swain in his complaint. On the other hand, both the MP and the police is yet to comment on the issue.
