New Delhi, Feb 8: Pangolin delicacy is suspected of infecting humans with the coronavirus, a report said on Friday. The outbreak of the deadly virus is reported to be tied with animal meat including potentially pangolins and mammals with scales and a long snout and tail. The epicentre of the outbreak Wuhan city is well known for selling of wild-animal meat. The stain of coronavirus found in local pangolins is 99 percent identical to the latest spreading among humans, according to research by the South China Agriculture University. The research suggests that bats passed the virus pangolins and Pangolin delicacy infected the virus to humans.
