Online song competition organised by Youth India Foundation concludes

Bhubaneswar, July 15: The grand finale of ‘Fitoor’, an online singing competition organized by Youth India Foundation was held on Wednesday with the top 6 contestants from all across the nation. The top 6 were, Nandini Sharma from Faridabad , Manasi Hedaoo from Pune , Priyasmita Ghosh from kolkata , Arul Seth from Ghaziabad , Shraddha Shree from Delhi and Anurag Panda from Bhubaneswar Odisha. As many as 750 people from 29 states and 10 countries participated in the competition. The celebrity judge of the event was Lisa Mishra, the famous singer from the tareefan fame. The event was also attended by BIG FM RJ Soumendra. {"align":"center","id":55933,"sizeSlug":"large"} “The finale had a reach of 1.5 lakh people with over 5000 live viewers, all the top 6 were past winners of various national level competitions. All the participants and judges exclaimed that the level of difficulty and quality of this competition is at par with Indian Idol and the voice,” said Founder of the organistaion Subhankar Nanda. The winners of the grand event were Nandini Sharma, who bagged Rs 25000 and got a chance to perform live with BIG FM. The second prize was bagged by Priyasmita Ghosh who got Rs 10000 while the third prize was bagged by Manasi Hedaoo who got Rs 5000. “All the participants were overwhelmed with the kind of love they recieved from the audience.  The event was a grand success and it successfully contributed Rs 10000 to the The House of Artisans, which is supporting hundreds of artisans who have lost jobs and their families,” added Nanda.
