Bhubaneswar, Aug 11: Odisha Cabinet headed by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is likely to meet at 5.30 pm on Wednesday. The Cabinet meeting will be held in virtual mode due to coronavirus pandemic.
As many as 18 proposals are likely to be placed before the cabinet for approval. It is being speculated the Cabinet may discuss the surge in COVID-19 positive cases in the state and possible decision to be taken ahead Independence Day.
CM Naveen will unfurl Tricolour at the state level i-day function on August 15 and will deliver an address to the people of the state on the occasion.
